Mac N Cheese
A delicious Mac n Cheese, easy to make, even easier to eat
Ingredients
Elbow pasta 1-2lbs
Shredded Cheese 1-2 bags
Milk
Flour 1/2 Cup
Stick of butter
Seasonings:
Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Instructions
Boil the pasta in seasoned water and add to a large baking dish once done. Melt butter in a pot over low-medium heat. When melted, add flour, and mix until doughy. Once doughy, slowly stir in milk until roux is between watery and pasty. Add seasoning to your liking now, keep stirring. Once seasoned, stir in all the shredded cheese. Once all the cheese is stirred in and melted, pour roux over pasta into the baking dish. Add some more shredded cheese and some breadcrumbs. Can be served as is, or be briefly broiled in oven to crisp up the top layer of cheese / breadcrumbs.
